We take pride in our high level of customer satisfaction and our service reputation.

We undertake to ensure that all dispatched goods are in perfect saleable condition as well as taking every precaution to properly prepare your product order for transit. In some cases even our best efforts are unsuccessful and your merchandise may arrive damaged.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with any part of your purchase, return the items in new condition with tags attached. We will be happy to exchange or issue a refund.

Notes:

a) Return items that have been used / worn will not be exchanges or refunded.

b) Only items that are damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied will be exchanged or replaced.

c) No customised items will be exchanged or refunded.

(d) unless you notify us to the contrary on the day of delivery and such notification is confirmed in writing within two days, the products shall be deemed to have been accepted by you as being in good condition in accordance with this contract. You shall not be entitled to withhold payment of all or any of the price of the products whilst any claim is being investigated by us.

Please allow 14 days for us to receive your return items and process your request for Australian customers and 30 days for International customers.

Outward shipping will not be charged on your first exchange, but you must return the goods to us. Exchanges requested by courier will incur an extra charge of $AUD 19.00 being the difference between standard mail and courier charge to your destination. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.

Limitation of Liability

Kokoda Industries shall have no liability for damaged or faulty goods unless notification of such damage or fault has been made to us within 7 days of delivery.
